At the heart of Valletta Port is Executive Chef EREN DEMİR,
a celebrated chef from Istanbul with deep culinary roots and over 15 years of experience across Europe and Malta. Coming from a family of chefs, he is known for blending traditional Turkish recipes with bold European influences and Mediterranean freshness—especially when it comes to seafood. His handcrafted dishes reflect a refined balance of flavor, history, and creativity.
